Society Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a residential society.
• Coordinate with approximately 200 residents.
• Respond promptly to Committee communications via Email and WhatsApp.
• Handle vendor coordination, maintenance, and resident issues.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with basic accounts and bookkeeping.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

HouseKeeping:

Need person to work as per the requirements of the Society and be genuine and legitimate in work.

Security:

Need to be alert and watchful and work as per the requirements of the Society.

Electrician:

Need a technically qualified Electrician to work as per the requirements and timings set by the Committee.
