We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing, SEO & Website Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of our online presence and help us generate qualified leads organically through social media, search engines, website optimization, and local SEO.
Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our digital ecosystem, including social media platforms, website performance, search engine rankings, Google Business Profile, lead generation funnels, and online reputation management.
This is not just a content posting role. We are looking for someone who understands digital growth, customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
Core Responsibilities1. Social Media Management• Create and execute monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate with video editors and content creators.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track content performance and optimize based on analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
• Implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
2. Website Management & Optimization• Manage and maintain company website.
• Update landing pages, service pages, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Optimize website speed and mobile responsiveness.
• Improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Create high-converting landing pages for lead generation.
• Monitor website health and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with developers when required.
