📌 Job OverviewWe are looking for a Site Storekeeper / Material Receiving Coordinator to manage and accurately record all goods and materials received at the construction site in the company's inventory system.

The candidate will be responsible for receiving construction materials, verifying deliveries, maintaining GRNs and inventory records, and coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse and Project teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive construction materials at the site and verify them against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.
• Check quantity, description and condition of materials received.
• Record all goods received in the company's inventory system promptly and accurately.
• Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and supporting documentation.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, damages or quality-related issues to the Procurement and Site Management teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material receiving records.
• Ensure all material transactions are updated correctly in the system.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure proper filing and retention of all material receiving documents.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation for materials received at the construction site.
• Update material receipts and inventory transactions in SAP.
• Support day-to-day site store and material management activities.
• 🎓 Eligibility & RequirementsAny Graduate – Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in Storekeeping, Material Receiving, Inventory, Warehouse or Construction Site Operations will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
• SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good MS Excel / computer knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates must be willing to work at the Baner, Pune location.
