📋 Key Responsibilities:

🏪 Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

💬 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gym and fitness equipment.

🏋️ Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing clearly.

🎯 Convert customer enquiries and product demonstrations into successful sales.

🤝 Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

📞 Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

💼 Handle both B2B and B2C sales enquiries.

📦 Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.

🧾 Assist customers with quotations, orders, billing, and other sales-related processes.

📊 Maintain customer and sales records and coordinate with the team for order processing.

🎯 Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.

😊 Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

💰 Salary & Incentive: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

🎯 Incentive: ₹10,000+ as per performance
