Showroom Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our retail team at Abhiruchi Mall, Pune. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable gemstones, Rudraksha, and spiritual products, and achieving sales targets while upholding Divine Lane's premium brand standards. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing sales, along with strong communication skills and a target-driven, customer-first mindset.

Customer Engagement & Sales

● Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gemstones, Rudraksha, and spiritual products

● Explain product features, benefits, pricing, authenticity, and usage to customers

● Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product guidance

Sales Target Achievement

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

● Generate sales through effective communication, upselling, and cross-selling

● Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases

Showroom & Billing Operations

● Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and enquiries

● Ensure proper product display and maintain showroom standards

● Assist with billing and payment-related processes as per company guidelines

Coordination & Compliance

● Coordinate with the Store Manager and internal teams for inventory and customer requirements

● Maintain professional behaviour and adhere to company policies and showroom SOPs
