Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support our Optical Emission Spectrometers across India. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in instrumentation/metallurgy and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, commission, and test Optical Emission Spectrometers at customer sites.

· Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance for OES systems.

· Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs with accuracy and speed.

· Support customers with application guidance, calibration, and operational training.

· Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation as per company standards.

· Coordinate with the technical and R&D teams for escalations or complex issues.

· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints to maintain service satisfaction.

· Assist the sales team with product demos, technical discussions, and customer visits when needed.

· Travel to customer locations across assigned regions for service activities
