Experience: 4-8 Years of experience in Service Engineer / technician preferably in the air filtration or related industry

Job Type: Field work on Customer end

Designation: Service Engineer / technician

Reports to: Service Manager

Department: Service

Key Responsibilities:

·        Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.

·        Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, or electrical issues in a timely manner.

·        Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support and advice to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts inventory.

·        Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

·        Collaboration: Work with other engineers, technicians, and departments to resolve complex problems and improve service procedures.

·        Training: Train end-users on equipment operation and maintenance best practices. 

Qualifications and skills: -

·        Education: A degree in Engineering or a related technical field is often required.

·        Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance.

·        Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are critical.

·        Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, sometimes requiring travel to client sites.
