Job Description

• To lead the service team.

• To train, educate, guide and monitor service team.

• To plan and manage the daily service/repairing activities.

• To monitor and execute the daily dispatch schedules.

• To monitor and plan the repairing activities inhouse and on site.

• To identify new applications, sectors & check the application feasibility to offer our products. 

• To guide techno-commercially to sales team for the feasibility of solutions.

• To arrange demo, trials at customer end for the new applications as well as retrofitting applications. 

• To visit the new customers for study and development of new applications. 

• To prepare and arrange the service trainings to customers, dealers. 

• To manage the site installation schedule with the customer. 

• To monitor, attend and resolve customer complaints for system failure in timely manner. 

• To monitor and guide project co-ordinator, sales team for the correct ordering to HBC HQ.

• To check, monitor and ensure correct deliverables to the customers by cross-checking the OCs received.

• To work in co-ordination with local & global service/technical team for new software, new applications, fault analysis issues. 

• To support the complete team technically, trainings to the team on new developments etc.

• To participate in seminars, product and service presentations and training activities,

• To participate and manage the exhibitions and related activities.

• Travelling all over India. Qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication / Mechatronix / Instrumentation.

• 5+ years of experience in service activities.

• Experience in handling service engineer team inhouse and onsite.

• Must have knowledge in reading, preparing the electrical wiring diagram (this is must have)

• Experience in team handling, site handling, customer complaint handling, AMC is must.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi.

• Knowledge of material handling field, construction machinery, hydraulics field will be an added advantage.

• Advance computer skills in email, word, power point, excel, ERP systems. 

• Willing to travel all over India.
