Experience: 1 to 3 YearsCore SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholdersStrong computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Telecom domain (CPOS, onboarding, digital telecom platforms, SIM activation, recharge systems etc.)Experience of 1–3 years, preferably with exposure to telecom or digital platformsExposure to Digital Platform testingStrong knowledge of API testing and Database validationTechnical Skills (Mandatory Enhancement)Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Postman/SwaggerKnowledge of SQL queries for backend data validationExposure to system integrations and data flow validationFamiliarity with JIRA or defect tracking toolsRoles and Responsibilities (Daily Tasks)1. DocumentationDocumentation of telecom processes (onboarding journeys, recharge flows, customer lifecycle)Preparation of test artifacts like test cases, test scenarios, RTM2. Testing ExecutionWriting and execution of SIT/UAT test cases for telecom applicationsPerform:System Integration TestingFunctional TestingUser Acceptance Testing3. API & Backend ValidationValidate API responses and ensure correct data flow between systemsPerform backend validation using SQL queriesIdentify and troubleshoot API/data-related issues4. Defect ManagementLog defects in JIRA with proper RCATrack and follow up for defect closure within SLAValidate fixes post deployment5. Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with IT teams, business teams, and external stakeholdersProvide updates on testing progress, defects, and risks6. Incident & Process HandlingWork on Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processesSupport BAU activities and production issues if required
