Job Description

Location: Talegaon Dabhade, Maval, Pune (on-site)

About Us:

We, Uttam Group, are a construction and real estate developer with active projects in Talegaon Dabhade. We build residential and mixed‑use projects focused on quality, timely delivery and strong customer relationships.

Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for our Talegaon projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a developer or real estate brokerage, strong closing skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Own full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, presentations, negotiation and closings.

Build and maintain relationships with walk‑ins, referral partners, brokers and channel partners.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue forecasting.

Conduct property tours, explain project USPs, pricing, payment plans and legal/technical details.

Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, follow-ups and deal status.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance and legal teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.

Provide market feedback, competitor intel and suggest pricing/promotion strategies.

Represent the company at local events, property expos and broker meets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1–7+ years of direct real estate sales experience (preferably with developers or leading brokerages).

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in residential or township projects.

Strong network of local brokers/clients in Talegaon, Pimpri‑Chinchwad, Lonavala, Pune corridor is a plus.

Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Skills & Attributes:

Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organized.

High level of integrity and customer service orientation.

Good communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi.

Comfortable using CRM, MS Office and MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
