What you can look forward to asSenior Engineer- Electrical Electronics Maintenance  :

• Manufacturing lines- Breakdown handling, monitoring, and analysis. Usage of maintenance tools for KPI tracking & improvement.
• Preventive, Predictive maintenance, Assembly lines, CNC, VMC, hydraulic, pneumatic press, NC control units (828D & 840D), Welding, Panasonic robots welding application, Vision system, utility etc.
• Audit- ISO/ TS 16949, OHSAS, EMS
• Fluent handling of Plc troubleshooting. Programming software’s e.g. Siemens: Simatic manager, TIA Portal, S7-200 & S7-300, S7-1200 etc.
• Drive 5’s, Kaizen, CIS, Calibration. Systematic way to attend all type of breakdowns.
• New project/expansion planning & execution. Industry 4.0. Team handling.

Your Profile as Senior Engineer- Electrical Electronics Maintenance  :

• Education B.E. / diploma (Electrical/Industrial Electronic Engineering)
• Overall having 7+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance / Breakdown / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance Planning
• Specialization of Electrical
• Professional Certification - PLC programming siemens, Mitsubishi, schneider
• Good to have experience in Industry 4.0
