Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Messaging & Collaboration Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business (Lync), and BlackBerry Enterprise Services. The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise messaging and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange (On-prem / Online) environments
• Manage mail flow, DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM), and troubleshooting email delivery issues
• Handle Exchange migrations, DAG, backup & restore, and high availability
• Support and maintain Skype for Business (Lync) infrastructure including user provisioning and conferencing
• Administer BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) / UEM for mobile device management
• Troubleshoot issues across email, instant messaging, and mobile devices
• Perform DR testing, patching, and system upgrades
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLA adherence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution and root cause analysis

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2013/2016/2019 / O365)
• Experience with Skype for Business / Lync administration
• Hands-on experience with BlackBerry BES / UEM
• Good understanding of DNS, SMTP, Active Directory, and networking basics
• Experience in mail flow troubleshooting and message tracking
• Knowledge of high availability (DAG), DR, and backup solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hybrid Exchange deployments (On-prem + O365)
• PowerShell scripting for automation
• Knowledge of Intune / MDM solutions
• ITIL process awareness

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in 24x7 support/on-call environment
