Security Officer

§ Directs security personnel operations according to established policies and procedures.

§ To take Brief from security Supervisor/Guard of night shift.

§ To deploy the Township security and briefed them properly and ensure performing their duty as per given instructions.

§ Ensure the valid permission of any work carried out in Township premises under facility scope is given by the concern authority and shall be reported to Security Head.

§ Ensure all the assets/infrastructure are ok and in good condition.

§ Ensure no cabs/auto rikshaw found parked/stayed alongside road in Township premises.

§ Ensure No illegal flexes are allowed to place in Township premises.

§ Any unwanted/illegal activities not to be allowed within the Township premises.

§ Immediate reporting if any suspected activity or persons observed in the Township premises.

§ Ensure no hawkers are allowed in entire Township premises.

§ Ensure no movement of Bullet bikes with honking horn and having loud silencer in Township premises.

§ Ensures appropriate security response to emergencies or unusual occurrences

§ Provides initial and refresher training to security personnel on policies and procedures, security operations, and emergency response.

§ Maintains records on emergency responses, equipment inventory, Key and lock systems, alarm systems, reported security incidents, reported personnel incidents, and unusual occurrences.
