Job Description
A Personal Loan Team Leader drives the origination and processing of unsecured loans. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales executives, driving acquisition targets, coaching staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They also ensure quick loan turnaround and high customer satisfaction. Conduct daily/weekly review meetings. optimize the login-to-disbursement ratio. Ensure loan files meet underwriting guidelines, internal policies, and KYC/regulatory standards. Train and manage a team of 8–10 loan officers or sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
