Role SummarySolar County is looking for a Sales Manager who can visit existing solar power plant users and onboard them on the Solar County platform through free registration. The Sales Manager will also create awareness and generate sales for AMC plans, solar plant health checkups, washing, repair, warranty support, and O&M-related services.

This is a field sales role with strong monthly targets and high earning potential through incentives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit residential and small commercial solar plant users.
• Explain Solar County’s platform, services, and benefits in simple language.
• Complete free registration of solar plant users on the Solar County platform.
• Collect basic plant details, customer details, photos, bill copies, and service requirements.
• Generate leads for:
• 
  
• AMC plans
• Solar plant washing
• Electrical health checkup
• Repair and maintenance services
• SOS / priority service plans
• Warranty and insurance-related support
• Follow up with registered customers and convert them into paid service customers.
• Build trust with end users by explaining the importance of regular solar plant maintenance.
• Coordinate with backend team for service booking, inspection, quotation, and closure.
• Maintain daily visit reports, registration records, and sales pipeline.

• Should be able to use mobile apps, WhatsApp, Google Forms, and basic reporting tools.
• Two-wheeler is preferred.

Earning StructureFixed Salary + High Incentives
