Job Summary
GK Infra and Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships for our plotting and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through online and offline channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Present project details and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets.
Maintain lead and sales records.
Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.
Required Skills
