Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and provide technical support for hematology, biochemistry, and other IVD analyzers.
• Installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of laboratory analyzers.
• Conduct customer training on instrument operation and troubleshooting.
• Promote and sell diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and consumables.
• Develop new business opportunities with laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets assigned by the company.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service support and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit service reports, visit reports, and sales updates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Travel within the assigned territory as required.
