Job Description

Position: Sales Manager – Online Homeopathy Clinic


Primary Objective


Build, train, monitor, and scale a sales team that converts incoming leads from Facebook/Instagram ads into paid consultation and treatment packages.


The Sales Manager is responsible for team revenue, conversion rate, call quality, follow-up systems, and sales process improvement.
