Key Responsibilities

Manage, lead and motivate the sales/counselling team.

Drive monthly admission and sales targets.

Manage incoming student leads and ensure effective follow-ups.

Monitor the complete sales process from enquiry to admission conversion.

Guide the team on counselling, pitching and objection handling.

Track individual and team performance and take corrective actions.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Coordinate with management to achieve business and admission targets.

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-ups.

Improve team conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Requirements

✅ 2–5 years of BPO Sales / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales experience

✅ Proven experience in sales and team handling

✅ Experience in handling leads, follow-ups and conversions

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅ Strong target-oriented and confident personality

✅ Good knowledge of sales processes and performance tracking

✅ Ability to motivate and manage a sales team

✅ Relevant experience must be mentioned in official employment records
