Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, delivering effective sales presentations, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage potential customer leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Club Mahindra holiday membership solutions.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in field sales activities, events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs when required.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.

Candidate Requirements

• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Good presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle sales targets.
• High energy, confidence, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / BFSI / Hospitality / Travel / Holiday Membership / Real Estate / Insurance / Automobile Sales will be preferred.
• Previous experience in handling high-value customers will be an added advantage.
