Location: Pune

Industry Preference: Education / EdTech / Academic Partnerships


About the Role

The LEAD Circuits, founded by elite Stanford LEAD Alumni, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, and field visits to onboard institutions for our education and mentorship offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential students & educational institutions
  • Schedule and attend on call and in-person meetings with students & school/college decision-makers
  • Present and promote The LEAD Circuits’ offerings effectively including admissions support and workshops
  • Build and maintain strong institutional relationships by visiting schools and colleges
  • Generate leads, follow up consistently, and close partnership opportunities
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of partnerships


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales/business development experience
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred experience in the education / EdTech sector
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field sales
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
  • Willingness to travel locally within Pune

Compensation

  • First 3 Months: INR 30,000/month
  • Next 3 Months: INR 32,500/month
  • From 6 Months Onwards: INR 35,000/month + Performance Incentives

Base Location: Pune
