Job Description

We need a driven Field Sales Executive to grow our property sales. You will find new clients, run site visits, and meet sales goals. This role involves traveling to properties and meeting clients in person.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find new buyers through networking, calls, and local market outreach.
  • Site Visits: Take clients to properties, show project features, and answer questions.
  • Client Meetings: Build good relationships and understand what kind of property the client needs.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and help finish sales deals.
  • CRM Updates: Keep clean daily records of client talks and sales progress.


Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in field sales, ideally in real estate.
  • Communication: Clear speaking and strong persuasion skills.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
  • Education: High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
