Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and potential customers.
  • Promote and sell company products through effective customer engagement.
  • Conduct sales presentations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and customer contracts.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and order status.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of product specifications and installation requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Track sales performance data and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and order execution.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresher or 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, planning, and customer handling skills.
  • Valid driving license with clean driving record and willingness to travel.
