Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products through effective customer engagement.
- Conduct sales presentations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, bids, and customer contracts.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and order status.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of product specifications and installation requirements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Track sales performance data and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and order execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresher or 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, planning, and customer handling skills.
- Valid driving license with clean driving record and willingness to travel.
