About the Role

Arthlife is looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our retail network and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for the fashion/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and onboard new customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote Arthlife's product range and new collections.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in Apparel, Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
