Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify potential customers in construction, infrastructure, mining, rental, and related industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment models.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the dealership.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and contractors.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, finance options, and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of machines and support customers during onboarding.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with service, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Maintain updated records of visits, enquiries, and negotiations.
