Job Title: Telecaller / Business Development Executive - Equity Research

We are a SEBI registered Research Analyst firm providing research-backed trading recommendations in Equity, F&O & Commodity segments. We help retail traders and investors make informed decisions through our technical & fundamental analysis.

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers/BDEs to join our sales team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients, explain our advisory services, and convert leads into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to leads and prospects generated by marketing team

Explain company’s research and trading recommendation services clearly

Handle client queries and objections confidently over call

Convert free-trial users to paid subscriptions

Maintain daily call reports and follow-ups in CRM

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Build strong relationships with clients for renewals

Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic understanding of stock market, equity, F&O preferred

Prior experience in telecalling/broking/advisory will be an advantage

Confident, persuasive with good negotiation skills

Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure

Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0 to 3 years
