Sales Executive

About Us:

Ayush Enterprises is a growing name in the FMCG distribution network. We are looking for result-oriented Sales Executives to join our field sales team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Visit retail outlets, grocery stores, and supermarkets daily to achieve sales targets.
• Order Generation: Secure daily orders and ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment.
• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail counters to expand our market footprint.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local distributors and retailers.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from the market.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in FMCG field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the local geographical market and retail landscape.
