Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including referrals, digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and networking.
  • Contact prospective clients to understand their property requirements and investment goals.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
  • Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, and business associates.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer support.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales .
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.
