The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating enquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, test rides, follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and offers.

Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.

Generate leads through showroom visits, field activities, references, and digital enquiries.

Follow up with prospective customers for conversion.

Maintain customer database and update enquiry records.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

Ensure smooth vehicle delivery process and customer satisfaction.

Participate in marketing activities, events, road shows, and outdoor promotions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting.

Support after-sales customer relationship activities.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).

Ability to handle customers professionally.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Knowledge of automobile / EV industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Minimum: HSC / Graduate preferred.

Experience in automobile, EV, retail, telecom, finance, or direct sales preferred.

Valid driving license preferred.
