Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to support and expand our US staffing and recruitment business. The role involves generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing sales activities, and building strong client relationships.


The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment, and must be comfortable working in the night shift aligned with US business hours.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing market

•⁠ ⁠Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads

•⁠ ⁠Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand client requirements

•⁠ ⁠Assist in rate negotiations and proposal submissions

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update client databases and CRM records

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

•⁠ ⁠Track sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports

•⁠ ⁠Stay informed about US staffing trends and competitor activities



🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Experience in sales or business development (US staffing preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time)

•⁠ ⁠Strong verbal and written English communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Good negotiation and presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented with strong follow-up abilities

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in night shift (US business hours)

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and willing to learn
