* We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, arranging site visits, sourcing properties, coordinating with property owners, brokers and Channel Partners (CPs), and supporting sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, references, online enquiries, brokers, CPs, and networking.
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Handle residential, commercial, industrial, and leasing enquiries.
* Conduct and coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
* Source properties and maintain relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and CPs.
* Prepare property presentations, quotations, and comparison sheets using MS PowerPoint/Excel.
* Follow up with clients and leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain daily activity and lead records.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 0–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or related fields.
* Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate can apply.
* Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
* Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
