📍 Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
💰 Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum
💼 Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in Sales
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive our Solar Power Plant business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and commercial/industrial solar power plants.
- Generate leads through builders, developers, industries, commercial establishments, and property owners.
- Meet potential customers, understand their energy requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility and proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and industrial customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships from lead generation to order closure.
Candidate Requirements✅ Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably technical, industrial, project, or solar sales.
✅ Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
✅ Strong knowledge of Pune and PCMC geography.
✅ Good understanding of the Pune real estate market, builders, developers, and industrial areas.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
✅ Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
