Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:

- Generate timely and accurate quotations for customers.

- Process sales orders and invoices according to company procedures.

- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person communication.

- Collaborate closely with the sales and packing team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer communications.

- Assist with scheduling, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service preferred.

- Proficiency in Basic Computer skills is a must.
