Sales Coordinator

•     Coordinate daily activities between customers and the field sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely order progress

•     Prepare and share accurate quotations with customers based on product requirements and pricing guidelines

•     Follow up proactively on pending quotations, purchase orders, and outstanding customer payments

•     Maintain and update the customer database and sales records on a regular basis

•     Coordinate with the store and logistics team for timely dispatch and provide delivery status updates to customers

•     Handle incoming customer inquiries over phone/email and provide accurate product and service information

•     Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on a regular basis

•     Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation, billing queries, and payment reconciliation updates
