Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating with customers, following up on enquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.

* Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery, and payments.

* Follow up with existing and potential customers.

* Maintain customer and sales records.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order execution.

* Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure.

* Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

* Achieve assigned sales and customer support targets.

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Customer Support / Sales Coordination.

* Good English communication skills – verbal and written.

* Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends as per business requirements
