Sales Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities of the manager

1. Proactively manage team team of student success advisor to ensure engaging and converting prospective students and guide them through the admission process.

2. Provide detailed management of the processes for online and physical courses sales, advising on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to students and parents.

3. Whenever needed, follow up on leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects and drive conversions.

4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status in the CRM system.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and admission completion

6 Report to the founders for daily outcomes of the team and own the team's productivity.

7 Meet and exceed targets provided for each education program

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Ability to work extended hours if required

3. Knowledge of MS Office and Canva.

4. 2+ years of experience in admissions counseling.

5. Result-oriented approach to meeting targets.
