Job Description

A sales executive plays a key role in driving a company’s revenue by selling products or services and maintaining customer relationships.

Their job is both strategic and practical, involving communication, persuasion, and market awareness.


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and buying potential.

Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.

Customize sales pitches according to industry and customer requirements.

Build long-term relationships with clients.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. 

Market Research Analyze

  • market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Work with marketing teams to create promotional content.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and improve marketing approaches.
  • Coordination with Sales TeamAlign marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Ensure generated leads are followed up and converted efficiently.
