Required Skills

• Knowledge of Factory Act, Fire Safety, EHS standards, and statutory compliance
• Experience in handling MPCB and factory license activities
• Understanding of electrical safety practices and compliance requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of customer audit handling and CAPA closure
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email communication)
• Risk assessment and incident investigation skills
• Experience in conducting safety training and awareness programs
