Job Title: RPGLE Business Analyst

Location: Pune

Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RPGLE Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in legacy systems and banking/financial applications.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in RPGLE / AS400
• Good understanding of Business Analysis (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 environment
• Knowledge of SQL / DB2
• Exposure to maintenance, enhancement, and migration projects

Good to Have:

• Experience in Banking / Financial Services
• Understanding of batch processing & legacy systems
• Agile / Scrum exposure

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
• Work closely with development teams on RPGLE-based systems
• Support testing, UAT, and production issues
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
