Job Summary

A Team Member at Pizza Hut is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food products, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth restaurant operations. The role requires energy, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately at the counter or over the phone
• Ensure fast and efficient service delivery
• Resolve basic customer concerns politely

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items as per company standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and portion control guidelines
• Ensure product quality and presentation standards are maintained

Restaurant Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and work areas
• Support dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations
• Refill stock and maintain inventory in designated areas
• Follow opening and closing procedures assigned by the manager

Teamwork & Compliance

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and managers
• Follow company SOPs, grooming, attendance, and safety standards
• Maintain discipline and positive workplace behaviour

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Age: 18 years and above
