1. Senior Restaurant Staff / Senior Service Associate

Experience: 0–5 years in restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage table/service operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and on time.
• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Guide and supervise junior restaurant staff.
• Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, table setup, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams during busy hours.
• Assist with billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and restaurant presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.

2. Junior Restaurant Staff / Service Associate

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and other guest areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and senior staff for customer orders.
• Assist customers with basic queries and requests.
• Support restaurant opening and closing activities.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts.

3. Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff

Experience: 0–3 years in restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial housekeeping preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Clean dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, windows, and common areas.
• Keep washrooms clean, sanitized, and properly stocked.
• Clean kitchen and back-of-house areas as instructed.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste segregation.
• Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used safely.
• Assist with cleaning before opening and after closing.
• Immediately report maintenance issues, spills, damages, or safety hazards.
• Follow restaurant hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the restaurant team with basic cleaning and operational tasks when required.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
