Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, handling billing operations, and delivering a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Supervise and guide the restaurant staff.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage billing and cash counter operations accurately.

Ensure timely and quality food service to customers.

Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen, and restaurant premises.

Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards are followed.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.

Maintain staff attendance, shift scheduling, and discipline.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for stock requirements.

Achieve daily sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
