Key Responsibilities
- Airline Ticket Booking & Re-issuance through Airline Portals
- Hotel Reservations & Supplier Coordination
- Handling Customer Queries via Email & Phone
- Managing Reservation Operations
- Follow-up on Confirmations, Amendments & Cancellations
- Maintaining Reservation Records and MIS Reports
- Coordination with Sales & Operations Teams
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Airline Reservation Systems & Portals
- Hotel Booking & Reservation Management Experience
- Good Email Communication Skills
- Basic MS Office Knowledge
- Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
