Job PurposeTo drive life insurance sales through the CAT (Corporate Agency Tied/Corporate Agency) Channel by managing relationships with channel partners, generating business, and achieving assigned sales targets through partner engagement and customer acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and strengthen relationships with assigned Corporate Agency partners.
• Drive life insurance sales through partner branches and sales teams.
• Identify business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Conduct regular partner visits, training sessions, and product presentations.
• Motivate partner employees to achieve business targets.
• Assist partners in customer meetings and joint sales calls.
• Ensure timely issuance of policies by coordinating with underwriting and operations teams.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure policy persistency.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Cross-sell and upsell life insurance products based on customer needs.
