Relationship Manager

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met while identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.

• Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers
• Act as the main contact for client queries, issues, and service requests
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling
• Monitor client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare reports on account status and business performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, credit, etc.)
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
