Job Description

Recruiter – HeadHR Consultancy

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate calls, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, selection, and joining.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
  • Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
  • Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
