Receptionist / Front Office Executive

📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Incentive

🕐 Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and patient-friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our premium Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Clinic.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality and the ability to manage the front desk smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally
• Manage reception and appointment scheduling
• Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
• Create and maintain patient records
• Coordinate patient appointments and doctor consultations
• Handle billing, payments and basic cash/UPI transactions
• Maintain daily appointment and collection records
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and patient coordinators
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments when required
• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception area
• Assist with basic administrative work related to clinic operations

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi; Marathi preferred
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Office/Google Sheets
• Ability to handle patients politely and confidently
• Responsible, punctual and organized
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, aesthetic clinic or healthcare setting will be an advantage
