Job Title: Site Sales Executive (Plotting) – Real Estate

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Site Sales Executive (Plotting) to drive sales for residential and commercial plot projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting project details, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, channel partners, and direct marketing activities.
  • Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to prospective customers.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and investment benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and site events to promote projects.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotting projects.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and property documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
