Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and existing databases.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with clients.
• Present project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Excel sheets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales and customer relationship management.
• Lead generation and follow-up expertise.
• CRM and MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to handle site visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.
