Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and existing databases.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with clients.
- Present project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and follow-up expertise.
- CRM and MS Excel proficiency.
- Ability to handle site visits and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.
