In this role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients, managing inquiries, and closing deals.   • πŸ“‹ Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outbound Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client requirements (commercial/residential leasing needs) and pitch appropriate leasing solutions.
  • Deal Closure: Guide clients through the entire leasing lifecycle, from the initial inquiry and site visits to negotiation and final documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Market Awareness: Keep track of local real estate and leasing trends in Pune, especially around the Kharadi micro-market.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • πŸ’Ό Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate in any stream (Management/Business degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or corporate leasing.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for local client meetings or site visits when required.
