π Job OverviewThe Leasing Company is seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kharadi. In this role, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients, managing inquiries, and closing deals. If you are an ambitious professional with a knack for persuasion, excellent communication skills, and a hunger for growth, we want to talk to you.
- π Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outbound Sales: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements (commercial/residential leasing needs) and pitch appropriate leasing solutions.
- Deal Closure: Guide clients through the entire leasing lifecycle, from the initial inquiry and site visits to negotiation and final documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of local real estate and leasing trends in Pune, especially around the Kharadi micro-market.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- πΌ Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate in any stream (Management/Business degree is a plus).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, or corporate leasing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for local client meetings or site visits when required.
